I used this without the silicone cradle for the lightest one in 15g (White) and had no issues taking it out after bearing down some, though I don't recommend this for someone who is not experienced to find small things in your vagina and without the tail of the cradle to help you get it out.

Wearing them I can't even feel it. I inserted it inside my vagina and past my pelvic bone and though the cradle to hold the balls in is a bit long so the tail stuck out, at first it was uncomfortable but only a few minutes it was easy and unnoticeable, if you have trouble with inserting add a little more lubricant but only a dime size and relax. Inserting it stressed and feeling it may be too big will only make you more tense and worry. Its a great size. I don't recommend using this on your menstruation if your cervix is lower during your cycle or if you can't be very thorough in cleaning to avoid bacteria. Picking up my son a lot did not make it come out if I placed it past my pelvic bone and high in my vagina. I did take it out while having a bowel movement or urinating to prevent infection and risk of it falling out. Its easy to clean and reinsert.
